Who is this Retreat For?
Tantra for Experiencing Intimacy is for open minded singles and couples who wish to deepen the presence of their authentic relating, sexual energy, emotional, spiritual and physical bodies, to amplify their fullest essence of self in the world. It is for all levels of students who wish to bring intimacy with self and others and to remove the blocks standing in their way. Our retreat is safe, confidential and trauma informed. Students wishing to be held in sacred union and authentic relating will gain much insight, embodiment and expanded awareness in this course.

Do I Need To Have A Yoga Background?
There will be some basic Yogic practices, however this is NOT an ASANA based RETREAT. Students are encouraged to come prepared to stretch and move freely. Loose cotton clothing, shorts worn under skirts for women and comfortable layers for fluctuations in temperature.

Do I Have to Do Everything in the Course?
Absolutely no one will be asked to deny their boundaries or engage in situations or dynamics that feel unsafe. While we encourage leaning into our edges, feeling and expressing into a NO to anything or anyone you do not wish to engage with is honored with the utmost respect. You can say NO. ABOUT STEFANIE
Stefanie Marco is a Native New Yorker and grew up surrounded by violence. In her quest for healing, she has been practicing Eastern studies for 20 years. She is certified in Kundalini, Traditional Tantra, NLP and is a Trauma informed somatic coach and KAP Level 1+2 facilitator. She is devoted to Tantric, Vedic studies, Kundalini and Taoism as well as sacred union and regenerative rituals, sexuality practices, Yoga, Breath work, Inner Child, Mirror and Shadow integration, to bring her students into deeper SACRED UNION with themselves, their erotic constitution and with their partners. She believes a life filled with consciousness, pleasure, creativity, wellness, love and reverence is every human’s birthright.
